Assist the underwriters of two series of tax-exempt certificates of participation issued by the State of Colorado in the combined par amount of $1 billion.
Assisted a regional bank with the issuance by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority of $10 million of Economic Development Revenue Notes to finance the construction of an advanced manufacturing facility, and the subsequent assumption of the debt by another entity.
Advised Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver on over $35 million of loan-leveraging transactions.
Provided a county government with regulatory analysis of the I-70 Mountain Corridor Environmental Impact Statement process, administered by the Colorado Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.
Helped the buyer of an $18 million ranch by tracing the chain of title back to patents and assessing environmental and other risks using GIS analysis of numerous government databases.
Helped a safety consulting firm to reorganize its employee equity incentive
program by preparing various agreements and IRC § 83(b) elections.
