Lacey Bryan concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcies and restructurings, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Lacey served a law clerk for Judge Michael E. Romero of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado and was the Staff Attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lacey was also previously in private practice at a boutique law firm in Littleton, Colorado, focusing on bankruptcy and commercial litigation practices.

Represented secured lenders and protected creditor interested in many commercial chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and adversary pleadings.

Represented Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees in a wide variety of bankruptcy matters, including nondischargeability proceedings, fraudulent transfer and preference actions, and objections to claims, and objections to claimed exemptions.

Represented Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee in a real estate ponzi scheme case, assisting in the liquidation of multiple properties, the avoidance of liens, and negotiations with creditors with respect to payments.

Represented Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee in the bankruptcy case of a for-profit college with multiple campuses across the country, assisting in the negotiations with multiple landlords, the liquidation of assets, preference actions, and a lawsuit against the former officers and directors.
