David has extensive experience representing banks, commercial finance companies, equipment lessors and other lenders in all types of secured credit facilities, including working capital lines of credit, equipment financing, company acquisition financing, syndicated credit facilities, real estate acquisition and development loans, and construction loans. David also has extensive experience in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and commercial transactions. David counsels his corporate clients on all aspects of their business from inception to exit, including choice of entity and entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leases, commercial finance transactions and all other types of business related contracts.
