William Cross concentrates his practice in the areas of business and consumer bankruptcies and restructurings, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, Will served a law clerk for the Honorable Michael E. Romero of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. Will also spent several years in private legal practice in Chicago, Illinois, focusing on bankruptcy and commercial litigation practices.


In his spare time, Will enjoys cycling, fly fishing, and playing ice hockey with his children.
